can't download my bank transactions after recent Windows update

My windows programs just updated. Now when I try to download my bank transactions its asking me for an app to associate it with and I can't find the Quicken app when I follow the search protocol

Do you use automatic or manual (QFX) downloads? If you’re using manual downloads, please ensure the file type is .QFX.

If you are using a QFX file, and Quicken is installed on your computer, please try the following steps:

1. Locate the QFX file in File Explorer (typically in your Downloads folder).
2. Right-click the file and select Properties.
3. Under Opens with, click Change.
4. If Quicken is not listed, select Choose an app on your PC.
5. Navigate to:
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Quicken
6. In the Quicken folder, select the qw.exe application and open it.
7. Click Set default.

Once completed, try opening the file again to confirm it works as expected.
