CC-511 errors accessing Georgias Own Credit Union (GOCU)
This has been happening for four days, but this download has worked for several years.
I get a CC-511 ("Oops something went wrong") error when I try to download transactions from GOCU through the One Step Update.
This morning, I tried deleting the connection and re-adding it. But I can't re-add it because I get this same CC-511 error when I try to do so.
I called the Credit Union yesterday, and was told that they have not made any changes in the past few weeks, so the problem is probably not on their side.
Looking for how to proceed. This is my main checking/savings account, so I really need to have it working. Thanks

I am still unable to connect to GOCU, after more than a week. Still get the same CC-5111 error.

I'm having the same issue. Unable to download any GOCU transactions.

Over 2 weeks, still no resolution, 4/30 update says no eta. So over 2 weeks of manual downloads for multiple accounts, might as well not have paid for the subscription.
