Fidelity accounts not being updated

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
My Vanguard accounts are being updated when using one step updates, but my Fidelity accounts are not. The last update of my Fidelity accounts was back in February. Fidelity says this is a Quicken problem.

A few days ago I experienced the same issue with Fidelity. I backed up my data set, then disabled online access for each Fidelity account, then reestablished online access and it's working perfectly. I think financial institutions and Quicken changes stuff once in a while and requires this.
