I have followed all the troubleshooting steps in other posts but I am unable to synch Capital One checking & savings accounts (that have been connected & synching for years). It will recognize and connect two credit cards but not the main accounts.
this is a Capital One issue. I just logged into the website and saw that my checking and savings accounts aren't even being displayed.
When trying to Add Account or Activate in Quicken, which bank name are you using?Capital One 360 seems to work well for me for both a CD account and a credit card.
Well, that would be a problem! I definitely see both the checking and savings accounts when I log in.
Whoever's problem it was, waiting a few hours seemed to resolve it. I was able to relink both accounts now.
