Bug/Issue on Memorized Payee

My issue is on the advance Memorized Payee screen.

The payee allows 44 chars BUT if I want to rename the payee on this screen then I'm only allowed 21chars.

Also I should be able to see the full 44 chars on the screen, some are hidden from view and it would be nice to see all of chars for input.

Hoping this get's fixed soon because the Renaming if a MAJOR issue that makes the feature worthless. Right now if used and I have so many memorized names over the 21 characters (because I use the { } to had more info).

In it's existing state, it just means I will still have to go back at some point and correct (extra work and having to go through a list again to fix - lots of extra time.

This needs to be a priority and not waiting on votes.
