NFCU CC501 error

Noted that NFCU Credit card and checking had stopped downloading transactions since 23 April. Attempted to reset accounts and then re-setup accounts on Quicken Deluxe and receive CC501 on attempt to connect with NFCU.

    Workaround found: Still not able to set up the account, but restored a recent backup that was working, performed a download and found that checking still downloads, but credit card was not. Was able to successfully perform reset on the cc account. Not sure if this is an actual issue or isolated problem with my file that is now working.

    I’m glad to hear that restoring a backup and resetting the account resolved the issue. The CC-501 error can sometimes be temporary and may resolve on its own. However, if the error persists for more than 24 hours, I recommend contacting Quicken Support so the issue can be further investigated and, if needed, escalated.

    In rare cases, a CC-501 error may be related to the data file itself. For now, I suggest continuing to monitor how things are working. If you encounter the error again or have any additional concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach back out.
