Receive the following error in Windows 11. I am trying to setup my E*Trade account in Quicken.
I tried this several months ago and got the same error and gave up.
I am using R67.7, Build 27.1.167.7
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It appears that the issue is reproducible even when using test (fake) credentials. I recommend uploading your logs by going to Help > Report a Problem.
Please let me know once the logs have been submitted so I can create an investigation ticket.
