Downloads from WesBanco
I have Quicken Delux on my MAC. Since the end of April Transaction from my checking account have not been downloaded to my checking….but they are downloaded to my statement savings.
WesBanco says it is not their issue.

Thank you for reporting the issue you are running into.
I have some follow-up questions for you:
- Are you getting any error messages when trying to download?
- When you say the transactions are downloading to the savings and not the checking, do you mean that only the savings is updating, or that the transactions are downloading into the wrong account?
If the transactions for the checking account are simply not coming in, that would be considered Missing Transactions.
Is this the first time this has happened?
If this is the first time this has happened, or has only happened once, one of the scenarios below is likely the cause:
- Has the sort order been changed in your account register? Confirm that the Sort Order in your account register is by Date. If it is not, click on the top of the Date column in your account register. Your missing transactions could be in your register, just not where you thought they would be.
2. Do you have any filters set? Click the Clear Filters button to the right of the account register’s filter dropdowns. This will confirm that there is no filtering in your account register.
