Why are SNVXX and SWVXX investments treated differently?
Between 2/27/26 and 4/15/26, my SWVXX shares disappeared, and my portfolio total $$$ were reduced by that $$$ amount. SNVXX continued to be reported as shares and their $$$ value has continued to be reported as part of the portfolio's total value..

Hi @Will Jacobs,
Thank you for reaching out and for the detailed description. This definitely sounds confusing.
With money market funds like SWVXX and SNVXX, Quicken can sometimes treat one as a cash equivalent while the other remains a security, which can make shares appear to “disappear” if they’re being reclassified or if a transaction didn’t download correctly.
- Were the removed SWVXX shares converted into cash in the account?
- Do you see any placeholder transactions for SWVXX during that timeframe (2/27/26–4/15/26)?
- Is SNVXX continuing to display correctly in both shares and value?
Looking forward to your response!
