How to fix transactions not downloading?
I have Quicken Classic Deluxe for Mac, version 9.0.1.
I just got it a couple of days ago.
I added my accounts, and the initial download of transactions worked fine. I added some transactions from a time before the earliest transaction that was downloaded. I use a single financial institution: TD Canada Trust.
However, since then, only 4 transactions out of dozens have been downloaded automatically, no matter how often I click the update button.
I have tried various things, like resetting the cloud connection, and signing out / back in, but nothing works.
I've looked around this community, but can't find any definitive way to even diagnose the problem, that I haven't already tried.
The thing I haven't tried yet is to disconnect/reconnect each account, but the notion of ending up with hundreds of duplicate transactions is putting me off that.
Can someone please suggest a way forward?

This isn't a Quicken issue. It's an issue with your bank. Hopefully a mod will reach out to you, but if they don't, ask the question again, this time with a more descriptive title.
