Occasional missing transactions on download from Chase Amazon Visa
I download transactions from several accounts including my bank. Usually these work perfectly. Recently (perhaps for a month or so) I've noticed that downloads from one specific account (Chase Amazon Visa) sometimes (not always) miss a few transactions. Thus my reconciliation doesn't zero out. I can identify the missing transactions by going to the chase web site for my account and comparing the transaction list there with the list in my Quicken register. It's not a catastrophe but annoying.
Interestingly, the missing transactions seem to be those for which there is a recurring reminder. I can't say that for certain but on my most recent download that was true. I think true previously but I will monitor that closer from now on.
Quicken Premier R67.7 on Windows 11 Enterprise (up to date).

Has the reminder been added to the register prior to downloading transactions, with a transaction date of today or older? Or do you expect the downloaded transaction to match itself to the reminder?
I find that recording a reminder prior to download gives me best results, especially when the reminder is a transfer or credit card / loan payment.0 -
I haven't noticed that behavior, but I will keep my eye on it now. It's a good tip to record the reminders before download, Thanks!
