How do I change the Account Details and Online Services options?

My AllyBank credit card was transferred to Ollo (Merrick Bank) effective May 6, 2026. How do I change the Account Details and Online Services options to reflect this.

You will first deactivate the old card in Quicken, and during the process of adding the new card, you will link it to your existing old card. Here are the steps:

• In your Ally credit card in Quicken, Edit the Account Details
• In the "Online Services" tab Deactivate it (if not already done)
• While still in the Account Details window, go back to the "General" tab and delete the entries in the Financial institution and Account Number fields and leave the two fields blank
• Select OK to close the Account Details popup window

[assuming you already established an online account with Merrick]

• In the Tools menu > Add Account > type Merrick bank credit card
• Go thru the multi-step process of authorizing and adding the account, but when Quicken displays your Merrick credit card, select the Link option (not add), to link it to an existing account (and select your former Ally card in the drop down)
