Bill & Income Reminders double entry
After I enter my by-weekly mortgage payment in the register from the Bills & Income Reminders pane at the bottom of the register, it prompts me to enter it a second time, which I do, and then I delete the duplicate in the register.
Why does this happen. It's the only recurring transaction that behaves this way.

I've never had this happen with my mortage payment; however, in my view, mortgage transactions are one of the most complex and quirky transaction in Quicken. Actually, probably the most tricky and quirky. My suggestion is to delete the mortgage and recreate it. I would save a backup and test this in a copy of your file.
This is also the kind of issue that is well suited to get help from Quicken phone support. You might try that as we can't see the odd behaviour.
