Hi @Bill hancock, Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community.
I reviewed the ticket from Quicken Support, and during the interaction, this issue was escalated internally. Our Support Team recommends trying periodically, but not too frequently, to avoid getting locked out. I recommend contacting Quicken Support for further assistance. They can provide additional details regarding the status of the ticket.
Phone support is available Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM PT to 5:00 PM PT.
I hope this helps!
I am not getting with a different bank. I need help
@Bill hancock,
Thank you for following up.
I checked your connections internally, and I can see that you are getting a CC-503 Error with both ETrade and Ally Bank.
A CC-503 error occurs when your financial institution tells Quicken that your login credentials are incorrect.
The CC-503 you are getting with Ally Bank has been escalated internally. If the team handling the escalation needs more information from you, they will reach out to you via email.
For ETrade, we do have a Known Issue with this financial institution currently. However, that is for a different error.
New passwords: If you are required to make a new password, be aware that some special characters may cause errors in Quicken. These special characters are the ampersand (&), left carat (<), right carat (>), backslash (\), and forward slash (/). Additionally, while Quicken does not have a character limit, your bank may have one.
Use the support article linked above and perform the remaining steps.
Please reach out to Quicken Support.
Thanks again!
