Is anyone having trouble importing transactions from Ollo credit card into Quicken Deluxe?

My AllyBank credit card was recently transferred to an Ollo credit card (issued by Merrick Bank). I have tried to set up the Ollo credit card to download transactions, however it is not listed in Quicken. Merrick Bank Credit Card is listed but it does not recognize my Ollo sign in information.

I would suggest that you talk to Merrick Bank and see if the transfer has been completed. Also ask them for new user ID and password instructions.
