Update Computershare accounts

I have been trying to use one step to update my 3 stocks held in Computershare. One step will stop and ask for the 6-digit verification code, which I enter, but then returns an error code (this time it's CC-502). I'm not sure if it's the same code every time. Any suggestions?

Thank you for reporting the issue you are running into.

The CC-502 error is caused by maintenance on the bank's servers that Quicken uses to download transactions.

We recommend that you don't deactivate and reactivate your account(s) to troubleshoot this specific issue, as it could cause other problems. 

Also, you may be able to log into the bank's website successfully and still receive this error in Quicken. 

Refresh your account information

1. Open the transaction register for the account with the error message.
2. Click the Gear Icon in the upper right of the register and select Update Now.

1. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
2. Repeat these steps for each account with this error.

If refreshing your accounts does not resolve the issue 

Try waiting one business day. This error message is typically caused by maintenance on your bank's website. You can try updating again in a few hours or the next business day. If the issue still occurs after one business day, try the steps above again.
