Version: R67.7 Build: 27.1.67.7 Quicken Classic Premier
When trying to create a new Quick Pay Payee for "Southwest Gas" (Bills → "+" → Quick Pay Payee) using a new account number never before used in Quicken, I get the message depicted in the attached picture. (I just began using Quicken Premier and Quick Pay in April 2026)
There is no option to delete or recreate the cloud account (Personal information intentionally hidden) as depicted below.
Validating and super validating the file has not helped. The payee does not appear in the "Manage Online Bills" biller list or the "Online Payee List". The account number is nowhere in my Quicken data. All options to repair billers, payments, etc. all work without error (Bills → Gear Icon → Review and Repair). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
