Currency discrepancies between Desktop and iCloud and Iphone

I am in Canada and I use Canadian and USD currencies. Quicken is not importing currency differences to the iCloud. Balances are displayed at par in the iCloud and iPhone app. So the iPhone and iCloud do not reflect the total balance displaced on the Desktop
