I spoke with Service Credit Union this morning and they acknowledged that the connection with Quicken is no longer working and that they will be updating the system over the next few months. The timeline they gave me was completion by mid-summer. They told me that the work around was to manually download the file and import it into Quicken or to simply enter the transactions manually. Not ideal.
