Is anyone having issues connecting to Security Service FCU

Question

I am using Windows 11.  For over a week, every time I try to update my accounts with SSFCU, I get error code CC-501.  I have tried resetting, deactivating, and re-adding the account, and nothing seems to fix the problem. Any suggestions are welcome.

Following. I have been having the same error. There are multiple threads with this very same error, same institution. All of my other institutions are one step updating without error.

Thank you for response.  This has been happening more than a week and have continuously received error code CC-501.   Tomorrow I'll try to reach out support.

Thank you for posing this question.

While other users have reported issues with SSFCU, they are reporting a different error than you are. After reviewing your connections interanlly, I am not seeing any connection errors.

If you are receiving a CC-501 Error on your end, it means Quicken is unable to connect to your bank account for recent transaction information. Please wait 24 hours and then try again. If the issue still persists after this time period, please contact Quicken Support.

This type of error may require our support agents to review logs in order to identify the issue and fix the problem.
