Citibank Globe Mastercard CC-505 error

Getting this error code when trying to download transactions to this account. Has been working fine since account switched from Barclay's AA advantage MC. Just started yesterday evening. Still occurring this morning. Appreciate any help. Thanks!

The CC-505 error may be caused by a temporary server or communication issue. This error is typically related to a temporary problem on the bank’s servers. I recommend waiting and trying the update again on the next business day (Monday).

After waiting, I also suggest refreshing your online account information. To do so:

From your account register, select the Actions gear icon at the top-right corner of the register.
Select Update Now.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
Repeat these steps for each financial institution experiencing this error.

If the issue persists after waiting for the next business day, I recommend contacting Quicken Support for further assistance. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time or escalate the case if necessary.
