Sync with Mobile Hangs

I'm running the latest version of Quicken within Parallels on an M1 Mac. Since the latest update to Quicken (5/19/2026), the sync with mobile hangs. The data appear to move as needed but the Quicken interface displays a spinning "arrow" forever unless I terminate the process.

Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community and for letting us know that you are experiencing issues with Cloud Sync.

Before proceeding with any troubleshooting steps, I recommend creating a backup of your data file.

I suggest resetting the cloud data by following these steps:

Sign out of your Quicken Mobile/Web app(s).
In the Quicken desktop program, go to Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web.
Click on Reset your Cloud data
On the following screen, leave the preselected option for “No, just reset my Cloud data”.
Type Yes in the confirmation field, then click Reset.
Wait for the sync reset process to complete.
Navigate to the Mobile & Web dropdown menu and select Cloud Sync to resync your data.
Wait for the sync to finish and confirm that no errors occur.
Sign back in to your Quicken Mobile/Web app(s).

Once these steps are completed, try syncing again and let me know how it goes.

I followed your steps and Mobile seems to work except I have connectivity errors on most of my accounts. It's late at night now and I will address the connectivity issues tomorrow. I will keep you posted.
