Own a small business that doesn't need the horsepower (yet!) of full [Removed-Third-Party Software] subscription. Quicken H&B has all the functionality I've needed so far and works great. Only 2 issues I've noted over time with invoicing:
BUG: Designed my own customer invoice template using software's tool and it looks great. There are sections for "Billed To" and "Shipped To" which are almost always different. When applicable information is filled on data form, invoice prints correctly. The bug is when going back in to edit a saved invoice, the "Shipped to" has disappeared and "Billed to" information auto-populates both locations.
TEMPLATE QUESTION: In the invoice forms designer, I don't see an option to add simple static text field. Want to put 2-3 bullets with payment terms & conditions in bottom corner. There's a "Message to Customer" section, but it doesn't work well with multiple lines of text. It's more intended as a "Thank you for your business" type field. Can also include bullets in body of invoice line item data entry, but then it has to be manually input on every invoice. Does anyone know how I could add a basic text box to the template?
Thanks!
