Windows 11 Quicken Classic R67.10
PNC Bank deposits for the current month are missing. Payments seem to be OK. Already tried suggested fixes like deactivating, reactivating, running file diagnostics, refreshing One Step Update.
OK, strange, if I run a report from the register the transactions (deposits) are correct, but they are missing from the register view.,
Hi @marksg1,
Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community!
Based on the description you provided, it sounds like the register may have an active filter applied. If you have not already done so, I recommend sorting the register by date. To do this, simply click the top of the Date column in your account register. It’s possible the transactions are in the register, just not where you expected them to be.
Also, please click the Reset button at the top of the register. This will confirm that there are no filters currently applied to the account register.
Let me know how it goes. I look forward to your reply!
Thanks. I tried that, didn't help. Oddly a deposit made yesterday was updated and enters from PNC corrrectly.
Thanks for your reply, @marksg1.
To better understand the issue, I have a few questions:
You can also click on All Transactions in the account bar and search for the missing transactions. If you find them in the wrong account, you can move them to the correct one by selecting the transaction(s), right-clicking, and choosing Move Transaction(s). Then select the correct account and click OK.
I look forward to your reply!
Hi Carlos, these are transactions from earlier this month.

Thank you for confirming that.
Could you also please confirm whether the transactions may have been moved from one account register to another?
Since you mentioned that the transactions appear in a Quicken report, that indicates the transactions are still present somewhere in the data file, but they may not be associated with the correct account. I’d also appreciate it if you could let us know which specific report is displaying the missing transactions.
Additionally, you can try the following:
Please let me know what you find. I look forward to your reply.
Hi Laura, just back and will take a look shortly. Thx
