This has been ongoing for several days and continue to get the FDP-105 failure code

The FDP-105 issue with Bank of America has been escalated internally. Our support team is actively working toward a resolution; however, at this time there is no ETA.
I recommend monitoring the Community Alert, as it will be updated as new information becomes available.
