I have an investment account with Schwab and a bank account at Bank of America. Both accounts download into Quicken (I'm on Quicken for Mac). The category for both transfers uses the form: "Transfer:[name of account]. When the transactions download, the entry shows up as a deposit into the BA account, but no corresponding payment shows up in the Schwab account. The entry in the BA account also shows an error message: "This transaction has one or more invalid transfers" with instructions to edit the item. I have tried to re-enter the transaction manually in the BA account but that doesn't fix the problem. I know that this was reported on before, but it doesn't seem that Quicken has fixed this, and telephone support wasn't helpful.
