When I try to add new account for Bank of America, I get a blank screen.

I guess, from reading the posts, BofA has done some migration. I used to be able to download transactions from my Bank of America account. Then it said needed re-authorization. Tried but failed.

So to test, simply trying to add a Bank of America account. When I click next for Bank of America, the box is blank, nothing in it. I have deactivated all the BofA accounts and cleared the Financial institution name but still, the window is blank to add an account for BofA.

What gives?

Maybe my problem is not for BofA but Quicken is not connecting to institutions on the web since it fails for other random institutions although it did download transactions ok, just can't set up new ones.

problem is resolved. had a brief power failure and when computer came back, it is working now.
