The issue is that the balance Quicken is reconciling to is December 31,2026. CitiVisa's website states that all actions are managed by Quicken/Intuit. I can not find an option in Quicken to change the date the software is using to the previous date or today's date. I have reset the account and reauthorized Quicken to CitiVisa on numerous occasions, which will change the date Quicken uses to the previous day. But that is lost the next instance of opening Quicken. How can I remedy the issue of Quicken moving the reconciliation date back to December 31, 2026?
