My Macy's account is not connecting for download. I saw there were issues back in February and I am assuming it was addressed then as I don't see any other messages and the issue is marked closed. Is anyone else having this issue now?

Yes, Macy's has been inactive for a week now.

I reviewed both of your connections internally, and I can see that you are both getting FDP-102/CC-502 Errors with Macy's. We do have an Open Alert for this issue. You can bookmark it to stay updated on progress/changes as they occur.
We do not have an ETA as to when this will be fully resolved, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
