Bills & Income not responding

When I click on the Bills & Income tab, it just hangs for several minutes. It was slow for a few weeks, but not really usable now. The tabs around it Spending and Planning are snappy and work as expected. I use the date due view here. The other views seem to be quicker. Note: All of my bills are "manual". Nothing is a connected bill. The duration doesn't seem to matter. 7 days is as slow as 90 days.

I think that I "fixed" this. There is a message at the top of the screen that says, "Quicken has detected bills from your Connected Online Accounts. Add these bills…" When I used the "X" to close this message, things started working faster.
