I can't log into any of my Wells Fargo accounts as Quicken seems to think my username and password is wrong for Wells Fargo. Well it isn't, and this happens periodically when Quicken does an update. Why they can't stop this is beyond me. Normally I can fix this problem. I remove the financial information for all Wells Fargo accounts under edit, and then remove Wells Fargo from online center. I start from scratch and go to add a new account. I then choose Well Fargo and of course it allows me to link the new accounts back and the login problem is fixed. However, this time that isn't happening. One of the accounts (which happens to be a business account) won't accept my edit when removing the Financial Information. I open edit and delete the info, then close the window. When I open it back up that information is still there. When I try and delete Wells Fargo from the online center I get the error to first delete all the linked accounts and any auto connection features. Well, that is already done but the program won't allow me to remove Wells Fargo from this one account no matter what I do. I have tried repair/validate and everything I can have done before when going through customer service. This time I am stumped. Suggestions?
