Issues with America's Credit Union

I noticed there have been several prior discussions about the issues with America's Credit Union that have been closed with no resolution…This has been going on since the 1st week of November last year and is still NOT RESOLVED! I personally have opened several cases with Quicken and they say they are aware and working on the issue. (ACU changed their web service last November and now you can no longer update your accounts on Quicken.) Quicken is great when it is working, but not worth the cost of they take this long to update their connection!

I’m sorry to hear you’re still experiencing issues with America’s Credit Union.

I reviewed your previous tickets and saw that the issue was previously related to a 404 error. Since the connection is no longer routed through the OAuth channel, that specific error code/message should no longer be occurring.

I also checked your account on our end and do not see any recent connection attempts or associated error messages. Are you now seeing a different error message? If so, please provide the exact error code or message you are receiving so we can investigate further.
