On Monday, I tried to update my Bank of America credit card accounts, and transactions are not downloading. I have tried reset and deactivate/reactivate but no lick. [Edited-Readability]
In my case it runs the download, no errors, completes but no transactions and before deactivate, no balance update. After reactivate, the balance updates but still no trx no errors. Quicken Windows R48.15. (And thats luck not lick :-)
This is special: BofA on thier site says they no longer download trx to a Quicken compatible file. They tell you to set up downloading in Quicken and download directly. Fine idea if it worked :-) Pretty bad to drop the backup for failing Quicken. Customer first!

The financial institution is zzz-Bank of America-All Other States, the connection method is Express Web Connect+. No change to sort, trx not over 90 days, trx not pending, no filters.

The "zzz" in the financial institution name indicates that the instance currently connected to the account is no longer active. This may be contributing to the issue with missing transactions. I recommend following the steps in our support article regarding zzz before the bank name in Quicken.
Before performing any troubleshooting steps, I recommend creating a backup of your data file.
After that, please deactivate the affected accounts again, including any hidden or closed accounts.

Once completed, try downloading transactions again and let me know if the missing transactions appear.
Carlos: Thanks for the help. I followed the steps and transactions did download. It was mostly correct but the transactions did not add up to the balance. I assume some trx were missed along the way. I did not find them and finally decided to adjust the register so it matchs the banks balance. We will see how it goes from here. I had the zzz- thing for quite some time and it appeared to work correctly so I did not pay that any attention. Works until it doesn't :-)
