AMEX Reporting Connection Issues

Ran OSU just a short while ago. Got an error message from AMEX. See Pic Below. I waited until 06:00 PDT and tried again, and got the same message. So whatever "issue" they are having, has not yet been resolved. So hang in there everyone. Just try again later.

After checking my internal tools, I can see that the American Express connection is currently showing an “OK” status.

It appears that the message you are seeing may be coming directly from American Express. To better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

After the update, are you able to download new transactions?
Are there any new cleared transactions available to download?
Aside from this message, are you seeing any error codes or additional messages?
When was the last time transactions downloaded successfully?

@Quicken Carlos I'm getting the same error. There are no additional error codes or messages. I did not have any transactions to download. Also, it ran successfully yesterday.

Just an fyi. I just performed an account reset and successfully updated my Amex account (9:52am CST).

Apologies for the delay in responding. I did wait a bit longer and AMEX connected without issue. AMEX downloaded fine the day before and again about another hour after I posted the issue. It's been connecting and downloaded as expected since then. I've had no OSU specific issues other than the double post for bill reminders that's covered in a different thread.
