CC-501 says 'Quicken is unable to connect to your bank account for recent transaction information,' then says 'Typically, we are already aware and working to fix these issues when they occur.' Then, of course, try again later and contact Quicken Support if it persists.
This connection with Space Coast Credit Union is always and still continues to be problematic. It will work great for a week or two, then go CC-501 for a week or more, back and forth and back and forth. Last week, after a week of CC-501, it actually downloaded the transactions and balance, then gave me CC-501 anyhow. Then back to CC-501 for 5 more days, then yesterday it worked, then today CC-501 again. And yes, I report it to support (multiple days). Talking to support on the phone doesn't help. [Removed-Rant] He decides to run you through multiple 'troubleshooting' steps, and by the time they are done, your entire file is corrupted and has to be rebuilt.
