Income Reminder Still Did Not Post to the Register

Resurfacing the issue from my prior post which was closed while unresolved.

My company pays twice a month, on the 15th and the last day of the month, and I set 2-day in advance automatic income reminders to this recurrence. Based on that schedule, deposits to the registers for two accounts should have posted yesterday, May 29. They did not, nor did they today. The reminders for mid-month still work, however.

(Running Quicken Classic Business & Personal, Version R67.10, Build 27.1.67.10)

I can see that you've already installed R67.10, which is great, as it included fixes for issues related to bill reminders disappearing or displaying incorrect amounts. However, I'd like to gather a bit more information to better understand what you're experiencing.

When you check the Bills & Income tab, does the reminder appear as overdue?
If not, what status or information is displayed instead?
Are you working with a regular income reminder or a paycheck reminder?
If you open the account register where the funds are deposited and enable the display of reminders for the next 90 days, do you see all the expected reminders?

To enable reminders in the account register:

Open the register of the account that you selected for the reminder when you created it.
If necessary, click the gear icon
(the Register Reminders icon) and set how far in advance to display the reminders.
Choose Next 30 days or Next 90 days.

Please let me know what you find, and we'll continue troubleshooting from there.

If R67.10 is supposed to contain "… fixes for issues related to bill reminders disappearing or displaying incorrect amounts.", why is there no mention of that in the Release Notes ( https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product/ )? Many people are interested in getting that fixed (me included)!

According to our teams, this issue appeared to be related to a problem where paycheck reminders could become corrupted after running One Step Update. That issue was addressed in Release R67.7, which included the following fix:

FIXED Resolved an issue where One Step Update could corrupt paycheck split amounts and details in files with Cloud Sync enabled.

Because this fix addressed the underlying cause that was identified, the associated issue was considered resolved.

If you are still experiencing a problem, could you please provide some additional details about what you are seeing?
