Provide a Method for Deleting Transaction Suggestions

I have tried ad nauseam to eliminate Transaction Suggestions via Windows > Payees & Rules > QuickFill Rules. I have 2 accounts to which I transfer funds regularly. When I begin the entry of a Transfer transaction, I am presented with 8 Transfer suggestions. Some of those suggestions are transfers to accounts that have been closed more than a decade ago. When I review Windows > Payees & Rules > QuickFill Rules, it only shows the 2 Transfers that I need. Since archiving is not an option in Quicken for Mac, I need a way to clear the clutter of Transaction suggestions.
