I am unable to connect to my accounts with Mountain America Credit Union. I can log in to the website, but can no longer log in from Quicken using the same credentials.
Helo @bshopay,
Thank you for reporting the issue you are experiencing.
After checking your connections internally, I can see you are getting an FDP-103 Error. This error occurs when your financial institution tells Quicken that your login credentials are incorrect, or that outdated credentials are stored in Quicken for Mac and/or the Keychain app.
Please use the article linked above to complete the remaining steps.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, please contact Quicken Support.
Let us know how it goes!
Thank you, I got logged in now following your instructions. However, now I need to re-link all of my accounts from Mountain America. Each of my loans are not in the list of existing accounts and I can not link them.
Thank you for following up! I am happy to hear you were able to resolve the FDP-103 Error.
Unfortunately, loan accounts cannot be linked. You will need to add them as new accounts. You can then hide or delete the originals.
Open the article linked above for more information on hiding/closing/deleting accounts.
Hope this helps!
Thats unfortunate. Each of them are coming in as a Line of Credit rather than a loan and are showing a positive balance as opposed to a negative balance. Previously, they were negative balances.
Thanks for providing additional context.
Interesting that the account type coming into Quicken has changed, and the balance is no longer accurate. It sounds like the bank is sending the information incorrectly.
To verify this, we will need to review your log files. Please contact Quicken Support directly so they can take a closer look at this and escalate if necessary.
