The CC-502 error with Macyy's Credit Card has been escalated internally, and our support team is actively working toward a resolution. At this time, we do not have an estimated time of resolution (ETA) available.
In the meantime, I recommend monitoring the Community Alert, as it will be updated whenever new information becomes available.
