Marcus by Goldman Sachs connectivity

After spending a lot of time and energy trying to add a new Marcus account to Quicken and have Quicken connect to it, I found out that Marcus no longer supports Quicken connectivity. I have existing accounts that do still connect but it is through Express Web Connect and NOT Express Web Connect +. I tried to "bootstrap" it by Resetting one of the accounts that worked in hope that it would pull up the other accounts too, but that just resulted in me disabling the account that I was using to bootstrap with.

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you lost the connection to your Marcus at Goldman Sachs account.

Unfortunately, as you noted, Marcus at Goldman Sachs is no longer available in Quicken's list of supported financial institutions. As a result, there is currently no way to reestablish the connection once it has been disconnected.

One option you may consider is restoring a backup from a time when the account was still connected. While I cannot guarantee that this will restore or maintain the connection, it may be worth testing if you have a recent backup available.

If you decide to try this, I recommend creating a backup of your current data file first so you can easily return to your current state if needed.
