R67.10 on Win 10.
After deactivating/reactivating and updating my BoA CC as instructed by Quicken, message said last 30 days downlaoded, but no transactions were actually downloaded.
Suggestions?

Same problem. R67.10 on Windows 11
I've deactivated online services and reactivated 3 BoA accounts multiple times (checking, savings, CC). Other CapitalOne and CitiBank accounts are updating. Original problem update caused Quicken to delete old BOA transactions and I couldn't restore them so I restored a back-up, manually entered a 2 months of historical transactions and started trying to update online. (I had a problem getting the backup going - that was post - ps://community.quicken.com/discussion/7973755/cannot-restore-from-backup#latest)
Bank of America accounts are still not downloading the transactions on either the checking or CC accounts. Savings account has no transactions to load.
