Bank of America Online Balance

Two days ago, I could not reconcile my bank of America checking account. The amount that Quicke Classic reports as the online balance is wildly different from the amount that Bank of America reports on their website.

Has anyone seen this problem. I have reset the account twice and not change.

I don't have a BoA account, and this has never happened to me, but we occasionally get reports of the starting balance being mysteriously changed in the registers. Not sure who to point the finger at for this anomaly, but…

I would restore the data file with a known-good backup file. If that resolves the issue, then copy the starting balance to the Memo field. If the starting balance gets changed again, you can always restore the correct figure.
