Duplicates created more duplicates when I downloaded today - best fix?

I have 7 accounts going back 4-5 years on Quicken Premier for Mac. It would take me a very long time to delete them individually. Looking for suggestions on how to restore. Should I just use a back up form a few days ago? Or do I group the blue dot transactions this I'm ASSUMING are the dupes and delete? I started to do it on CC account and the balances went off the charts. Any help would be appreciated on strategy moving forward.

On June 2, we had a Community Alert regarding duplicate transactions. The alert has since been marked as resolved.

If you do not sync your data with Mobile & Web, you may need to manually delete any duplicate transactions. To do so, please follow these steps:

How to Delete Duplicate Transactions in Quicken Classic:

1. Open Quicken and navigate to the affected account.
2. Locate the duplicate transaction(s) in your transaction list.
3. Click on the duplicate transaction to select it.
4. Right-click and select Delete, or press the Delete key on your keyboard.
5. When prompted, confirm the deletion by clicking Yes.
6. Repeat these steps for any remaining duplicate transactions.

To delete multiple duplicate transactions:

If you have a large number of duplicates, hold down the Ctrl key while clicking each transaction to select multiple transactions at once, then delete them in a single step.

The blue dots indicate that the transactions are new, but not all of them may be duplicates. I recommend reviewing them carefully before deleting any transactions to avoid creating balance discrepancies in your account. Restoring a backup from before the duplicates appeared may also help resolve the issue.
