Balances are not aligning

Hello, hoping to get some ideas about the balances in both my checking and credit card accounts being off - the checking on Quicken is >$8000 and credit card is >$5400 off. I do not have that many pending transactions. Yesterday, I deleted dozens of duplicate transactions going back to 1/1/26 - there were more.

Any suggestions as how to correct this? Thank you very much.

Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community.

If you haven't done so already, I suggest restoring a backup from before the issue started. To do so, follow these steps:

Restore Quicken Data

In Quicken, select File > View/Restore Backups...
Browse your computer or external media to locate the backup file you want to restore. Quicken backup files typically have the extensions .quicken2017backup or .quickenbackup.
Select the backup file you want to restore.
Click Choose.

If I were to pick a backup file from last month (for example), will I be able to download all the "files" to date when I sync my accounts?

Thanks for your reply @SteveC17,

Yes, after you restore the backup, you can run a One Step Update. This should allow Quicken to download the latest transactions and bring your accounts up to date.
