Pentagon Federal Credit Union and CC-506 Error [Edited]

All was working fine but now everytime I try and download transactions from Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PFCU) I get a CC-506 error. It does download a transaction but if I don't download every day, all it does is enter a balance trueup and does not download any transactions?

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community!

This error can occur if the account at your financial institution has been closed. It may also happen if an older account in your Quicken file is still active but is no longer available at the financial institution.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend creating a backup of your data file and then following the steps outlined in our support article for error CC-506.

Deactivate all accounts for this financial institution, then force Quicken to "discover" all available accounts:

1. Open the Account List in Quicken (Tools > Account List or Ctrl + A).
2. If applicable, select Show Hidden Accounts at the bottom of the Account List.
3. For each account associated with this financial institution, click Edit and Deactivate the account (or Remove From One Step Update) from the Online Services tab.
4. Once all accounts have been deactivated, close the Account List.
5. Close and reopen Quicken.
6. Click the + Add Account button at the top of the Account Bar.
7. Proceed through the account setup process, entering your credentials and completing any required security verification steps.
8. When Quicken displays the list of discovered accounts, carefully link each account to the corresponding account already set up in Quicken.

If the account has been closed and should no longer download transactions:

1. Go to Tools > Account List.
2. Click Edit next to the account.
3. Select the Online Services tab.
4. Click Deactivate to stop downloading transactions for that account.
