Target Red/Circle card transaction reconciliation issues

Anyone else have persistent transaction reconciliation issues with the Target card? All my other credit card company transactions reconcile fine; it is only the Target card never reconciles properly at every transaction downloaded in Quicken, even after applying an adjustment just to make it reconcile.

Are you reconciling the account using the online balance or the statement balance?
If you are using the online balance, is it displaying correctly?
Does the balance include any pending or future transactions?
