Target downloads not working...again

I'm more and more frustrated with the Target connection, it's not working again this weekend. For months they've only been allowing transaction downloads after a statement closes. What is wrong with them? Every other bank seems to have this figured out. Appears to be time to move on from Target and their credit card. All these issues gives me no confidence that they know what they are doing and can keep my information safe, seems like amateur hour over there.

If you haven't done so already, I suggest following the steps outlined in our support article.

If the FDP-102 error started occurring again today, it's possible that the bank's servers are temporarily unavailable. Please wait 24 hours and then try updating again.

If the issue persists, please let me know whether you have recently changed your password with Target National Bank.

One possible cause is the use of special characters in the bank account password that can interfere with Quicken's ability to download transactions. The following characters are known to cause issues in some cases:

• Ampersand (&)
• Left angle bracket (<)
• Right angle bracket (>)
• Backslash (\)
• Forward slash (/)

These characters can also prevent accounts from being activated for Quicken Connect.
