Received a 403 Forbidden error trying to access https://www.quicken.com/

have no trouble getting to community.quicken.com or services.quicken.com
I'm getting the same error on macOS Tahoe Safari. Clearing cookies and cache didn't help. Same on Safari on iPad.
Changing the User Agent via the Develop menu in macOS Safari to Chrome results in the page loading. Changing it back to default results in the 403 error. Clearly the site doesn't like Safari agent at the moment.
No problem accessing with Chrome on the Mac.
Similar results on my Mac - 403 error on Safari (26.5) but worked fine on Firefox (151.0.2).
