Merrill Lynch Annuity Account zeroed out-- unable to update

Quicken or— mL no longer recognizes this account.

1. tried resetting - nope
2. tried logging in from ML instead of BoA — nope
3. tried deleting the account and starting over— nope
4. tried deactivating online services and reactivating same— nope

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? — thanks in advance.
