Am having issues connecting to Abound CU since they did their global upgrade on 6/1. I am guessing it is an issue on Abounds end but wanted to see if there were others having issues.
Since the day of the upgrade, I get a message from Quicken noting there is a new pop up or agreement I need to accept on Abounds website before I can connect, after logging into the Abound website via a browser. I have done that and accepted the popup (user agreement) but am still getting the error in Quicken.
I have called Abound and am waiting to hear back from them, but it has been a week now that I am unable to download from them. I have even tried disconnecting the downloads and setting them back up again. I can get as far as Abound requesting my 2fa pin and entering it before it pops the error message.
I am using Quicken classic Premier version R67.10, Build 27.1.67.10, on a fully patched Windows 11 PC and the error received is "Wait. Your financial institution has a request." This is a CC-508 error.
Again, I believe this is an issue at Abound and just wanted to see if others have the issue or have heard anything from Abound.
